At the end of the first semester, our Online IBDP students complete a series of examinations and assessments covering the subjects they have studied during the semester.
These exams give students an opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned, practise applying their knowledge under exam conditions, and identify areas for further development. They also give teachers valuable information about each student’s progress and help guide learning and support during Semester 2.
For students working towards the IB Diploma, these assessments are an important part of developing the knowledge, skills, time management, and exam techniques they will need for their final IB assessments.
While these are not the official IB Diploma examinations, they provide students with meaningful experience of working independently under assessment conditions and help them prepare for the demands of the IB Diploma Programme.
